Today it’s all about increasing efficiency and connectivity. Our customer asked ARCsom Automation to add connectivity to an existing wastewatertank and make it ready for Industry 4.0. Thanks to the good job of the ARCsom-team, our customer can now follow the watertank in real time. Another customer connected and ready for the future !
Our Solution
To be compliant with environmental legislation our customer is obligated to trace how much wastewater is discharged into the tank and who discharged it. With our solution the tracing is done online and the data stays registered in an Industry 4.0 platform.
Remote monitoring

With our SM@RT Watertank solution, the environmental coordinator is able to remotely connect to the watertank and keep track of the situation.
Alerts

When the level of the tank gets too high, a third party is notified to empty the tank. Thanks to these alerts, this tank now works autonomously and continuity is certain.
Badge system
Due to the integration with the existing access control system, the badge readers do not need be replaced and our solution integrates the access control system.
Our technology
Being active for over 10 years on the automation market, ARCsom uses industrial components with several advantages.
Industrial sensors
Our sensors are industry-proof, and that’s why we have a sensor for every possible application.
That’s why our sensors do not have any limitations: RFID, measuring of heights, pressure, temperature, humidity, …
Industrial processors
By using industrial processors we can offer a reliable installation which can easily get extended the future.
Data integrity
At first the data stays in a local database and only when the internet connection is reliable the data will be sent to the cloud.
By using a redundant internet connection, the installation will remain connected to the internet for 99% of the time.
By saving the data locally, we guarantee that you will have the full 100% of your data.
Cloud-Platform
It’s possible to follow the installation in real time, generate reports, show historical graphs and set alarms.
